The Hamilton - Scourge Monitoring Project has been Postponed Until Next Year!

The Hamilton Scourge Monitoring Project is one of a kind program that required very deep diving.  The GLSPS and Project Leader must handpick participants and interview each one to determine the worthiness of being part of this program.

The Program:

To monitor the USA two wartime wood clad ships that were sunk in Canadian waters.  We will be using 3D photography and video to create a photo Mosaic for monitoring these historical wartime shipwrecks.

This will require a Program Leader, four or more rebreather divers, Safety and Training Officer and Archaeologist to monitor the process and without disturbing any of the shipwreck's content or equipment.

The diving operations will be performed from Ken Merryman's boat named the "Hey Boy".  All necessary Safety equipment and support equipment will be located on the Hey Boy as the main dive operations vessel.

The hand-picked participants on this Program / Project are:

1. Ken Merryman - Program Leader and Co Safety Officer (DSO).
2. Tamara Tompsen - Safety Officer (DSO) Diver - USA Archaeologist
3. Brett Seymour - Diver - Videographer
